The Stem Cell Commons analysis system uses Refinery, a web-based data visualization and analysis system powered by an ISA-Tab-compatible data repository for public and private data sets. Analyses are implemented as Galaxy workflows and executed through the Galaxy API.

You can reach the Stem Cell Commons team at "stem-cell-commons{'at'}".

Funding for development and maintenance of the Stem Cell Commons is provided by the Harvard Stem Cell Institute. The underlying Refinery Platform was developed with additional funds and resources provided by the National Institutes of Health, Agilent Technologies, and Amazon Web Services.
